Policy on Final Sales

Every purchase is final. If you're unsure of your size or have concerns regarding our items, contact the AMA team through email or chat and they'll point you in the right route!

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, please email info@amafinejewelry.com  for a replacement within 15 days of delivery. Your item must be new and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If we suspect the products have been purposefully damaged or mistreated, we have the right to deny any replacement requests. If a manufacturing problem is discovered, the AMA Team may grant a refund.


Have you been given or bought the wrong ring size? We've got you covered with resizing!
