Returns and Exchanges

Every sale is final. However, if the order is wrong or the product has a flaw or problem, we will exchange it.

Exchanges are only possible ten days after delivery; please notify us within five days. Please contact us within 7 days after delivery for exchanges due to an incorrect order.

We have the right to deny any exchange if we feel the things purchased were purposefully damaged or mistreated.

All SPECIAL ORDERS/PERSONALIZED products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after an order is placed.

We are not liable for return shipping costs, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
