If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, please contact us at info@amafinejewelry.com within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a replacement. The AMA team reserves the right to assess each case individually.

- To clean, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and dish soap. Avoid ultrasonic cleaning, chemicals, abrasives, or solvents on semi-precious gemstones or pearls.
