TIME FOR PROCESSING

Items in stock will be sent within 3 business days. Most "custom built for you" items are projected to take 10-15 days to produce, while some may take up to 5-8 weeks if backordered (this information is specified under the general product description individually found under each product page). All pieces have a manufacturing time indicated, so read the product page description carefully. Whether you need your purchase quickly, you can add the rush fee, and to confirm lead time, please email  info@amafinejewelry.com  and we will let you know if your request can be met. Please keep in mind that the shipping method you choose does not affect the manufacturing time of your purchase; SHIPPING TIME AND PRODUCTION TIME ARE COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT.

SHIPPING

We'll provide you tracking information once your artwork is finished. This includes UPS tracking, which should match the shipping type you selected at checkout.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Every purchase is final. If you're unsure of your size or have concerns regarding our items, contact the AMA team through email or chat and they'll point you in the right route!

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, please email info@amafinejewelry.com  for a replacement within 15 days of delivery. Your item must be new and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If we suspect the products have been purposefully damaged or mistreated, we have the right to deny any replacement requests. If a manufacturing problem is discovered, the AMA Team may grant a refund.

REPAIRS + RESIZING

Have you been given or bought the wrong ring size? We've got you covered with resizing!

CARE:

Fine jewelry is fragile, and it should be treated as such. Please follow these care tips to extend the life of your jewelry:

- There is no need to remove your jewelry before doing daily rituals such as showering, applying lotion, perfume, exercising, dishwashing, and so on, as long as you do it with prudence. To minimize sharp scratches, we recommend removing specific elements when working out.
- To reduce tangling and/or scratching, place your jewelry flat on a soft surface before night.

- To clean your jewelry, gently scrub the metal and diamonds with a gentle toothbrush and dish soap. We do not recommend using an ultrasonic cleaning. Chemicals, abrasives, or solvents should not be used to clean semi-precious gemstones or pearls.

LEAD TIME:

Some goods could be in stock and ready to ship right away. Other parts may be in the works, shortening delivery time if they are not readily available. Please allow 5-8 weeks for delivery if the item is not in stock.
